Data provided to Shipping companies:

Your name and contact details including your delivery address is stored via web and or directly via the courier company through which we provide the information passed on to us. The data must match your billing address of DBA. Deliveries are managed by a third party for all deliveries. Similar information will be stored at other international couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL for any deliveries local or International through these and other couriers we may use. Their privacy and terms and conditions are detailed on their website and our engagement is a "pass-over" engagement to facilitate the delivery.

Payment data storage:

Payment can be made offline via manual card processing, bank transfer or check (if and where applicable). If you opt to pay by Credit Card, then your data including card payment details is managed and stored by your Bank or issuing card manager and the courier companies using SSL (Secure socket layer) encryption. For Paypal (if applicable), your information is managed and stored by PayPal Inc - all where applicable Any references for such data collection will be passed on to the relevant gateway or payment provider you have used or the courier services where online payment is processed for you by them and your bank/card issuer or manager where applicable. Your physical shipping address data is stored on file and passed to 3rd party couriers.
